Discount London was founded in early 2000 by a team of travel
professionals based in Kent, England, who between them have
many years of experience in the European inbound travel and
tourism industry.
We have set up deals with
a number of the best and most popular travel services provided
by UK companies. Using our extensive purchasing power, we
are able to offer these to you at very competitive prices.
Prices: At Discount
London the price you see is the price you pay. All taxes and
service charges are included in the price, and there are no
post and packing surcharges or booking fees - there are no
hidden extras.
Tickets:
On booking you will receive a voucher by email (or fax if
you cannot receive emails). Simply present this as you board
the tour or at the ticket office. Remember there are no post
and packing charges, because everything is sent by email.
Full instructions on where to present your voucher are included
in the confirmation email.
Internet
Security: We take seriously the issue of Internet
Security and utilise SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption
technology where appropriate. All bookings are made via our
secure server using the booking form provided, and a voucher
is returned to you with our unique booking reference. This
should be exchanged at the appropriate ticket office (or location)
as advised on the voucher.
Menus:
For groups of 10+, to ensure a high level of service it may
be necessary to choose one set menu for the whole group in
advance.
If you have any queries before
or after the trip, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will
respond within 48 hours.

Normal office hours are 9.00
a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays (Except UK Bank Holidays).
All bookings are confirmed to you within 48 hours of receipt
during normal office hours, although please allow for the
time difference between the UK and your country.
