Be entertained by flickering torch light

A tranche of best Scotch salmon marinated and baked on a bed of wild leaves and herbs topped with red pepper and mango salad and served with a coconut and chilli mayonnaise
Roasted butternut squash and red apple soup served with a hint of cinnamon and a splash of cream and croutons
Free range English chicken roasted with herbs and spices and topped with a rich honey and hickory sauce, served with oven roasted vegetables and baby roast potatoes
A classical Old English Christmas tart served with brown sugar and rum cream
