A tranche of finest Scotch salmon baked in a tropical marinade with coconut milk on a bed of wild salad leaves and topped with a mango and papaya salad served with a spicy lime and chilli dressing

A char-grilled vegetable terrine, set in a rich tomato sauce on a bed of wild leaves and herbs, drizzled with basil and chilli oil (V)
A blend of fresh cauliflower and artichokes in a velvety soup splashed with basil cream and served with olive oil toasted croutons (V)
Free range English chicken braised in a rich blend of herbs and spices, Seville oranges and medieval recipe mead. Served with oven – baked market vegetables and baby roast potatoes

A selection of in-season vegetables and herbs braised into a rich casserole and topped with potato dumplings and grilled vegetarian cheese(V)
